Security Options to Access Reports
Each security rights option gives an accounting user access to predefined reports.
If you are using Sage 50 Quantum Accounting or Sage 50 Accountant Edition, access rights can also be limited to individual reports. (Sage 50 Quantum Accounting)
Records
Within the Records section, select the following security options to show which reports each option enables:
Accounts and General Ledger
Vendors & Purchases
Customers & Sales
Payroll
Inventory & Services
Projects
Although the Reports checkbox for the Projects security option is only available under Records, it enables access to reports for records and transactions.
