The Inventory Quantity Report

The Inventory Quantity report shows quantity information about selected inventory items. This report tells you:

Unit. The unit you stock, sell, or buy the item by
Quantity. The number of units on hand for each item
Minimum Stocking Unit. The minimum number of an item that you should have on hand
On Purchase Order. The current number of units on order from a vendor
On Sales Order. The current number of units that customers have ordered
To Order. The number of units you need to order for your customers, plus the minimum stocking unit number

You can drill down to the Inventory & Services Transaction Detail report for any item in the report viewer.

To view this report, open the Report Centre in the Home window, select Inventory & Services, and then Quantity. Click Display.
