Modify a Time Slip Allocations by Employee Report

ClosedBefore you can perform this task 

Select the Time Slip Allocation by Employee report that you want to modify:

ClosedTime Slip Allocations by Employee Summary

  1. In the Home window, open the Report Centre. Select Time and Billing, Projects, and then Allocations by Employee Summary. Click Modify this report.
  2. (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
  3. Enter Start and Finish dates for the report.
  4. (Optional) Select Include inactive employees or Include inactive records (Sage 50 Quantum Accounting).
  5. (Optional) Select the Job category to include in the report. If you select <None>, only employees not currently assigned to a job category are listed.
  6. Select the employees you want to include in the report. Click Select All to report on all employees in the list.
  7. (Optional) Select Include inactive projects.
  8. Select the projects to include on the report. Click Select All to report on all projects in the list.
  9. If amounts from one or more time slips is in a foreign currency:
    1. Click Exchange Rates.
    2. Enter the latest exchange rate, or click Update to use your company's most recent exchange rate.
    3. Click OK to apply the rate.
  10. (Optional) Customize the:
  11. (Optional) Save the report as a template in My Reports.
  12. Click OK to display the report.

ClosedTime Slip Allocations by Employee Detail

  1. In the Home window, open the Report Centre. Select Time and Billing, Projects, and then Allocations by Employee Detail. Click Modify this report.
  2. (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
  3. Enter Start and Finish dates for the report.
  4. (Optional) Select Include inactive employees or Include inactive records (Sage 50 Quantum Accounting).
  5. (Optional) Select the Job category to include in the report. If you select <None>, only employees not currently assigned to a job category are listed.
  6. Select the employees you want to include in the report. Click Select All to report on all employees in the list.
  7. (Optional) Select Include inactive projects.
  8. Select the projects to include on the report. Click Select All to report on all projects in the list.
  9. If amounts from one or more time slips is in a foreign currency:
