QuickBooks Conversion - Troubleshoot Company Conversion

Here are some solutions to commonly encountered conversion issues:

ClosedThe QuickBooks-to-Sage 50 Accounting Conversion Wizard will not load my QuickBooks company information

Open your QuickBooks your company file.

ClosedMy company's currency information isn't showing up in Sage 50 Accounting

If a currency is not being used with a customer, vendor or bank account in QuickBooks, it cannot be imported into Sage 50 Accounting.

ClosedMy company's Employee List isn't showing up in Sage 50 Accounting

No payroll information and only basic employee information is converted into the new Sage 50 Accounting company. You can add more details to your employee records at any time.

To set up your payroll settings for all your employees, in the Home Window, from the Settings menu, choose Payroll, and then select an area (Incomes, Deductions, Taxes, etc.) in which you can enter your payroll details. Learn more about setting up payroll in your company.
