Grouped List Reports
These reports allow you to generate the standard list
reports, grouped by criteria that you specify. Grouped list reports
can be generated for:
Vendors
You can display and print a list of your vendors,
grouped by any one of the following vendor record boxes: Department, City,
State, Country, or one of the five possible additional information boxes (if
defined).
Customers
You can display and print a list of your customers,
grouped by any one of the following vendor record boxes: Department, City,
State, Country, Salesperson, or one of the five possible additional information
boxes (if defined).
Employees
You can display and print a list of employees,
grouped by any one of the following employee record boxes: City, State,
or one of the five possible additional information boxes (if defined).
Inventory & Services
You can display and print a list of inventory
or service items, grouped by any one of the following Inventory record
boxes: Type, or one of the five possible additional information boxes
(if defined).
You can also group by Location or Category.
Projects
You can display and print projects, grouped
by any one of the following Project record boxes: Status, or one of the
five possible additional information boxes (if defined).
To view these reports, open the Report Center in the
Home window, select the Report type, and
then grouped list report by name. Click Display.
