Modify the Grouped Inventory & Services List Report

To modify a Grouped Inventory & Service List report:

1. In the Home window, open the Report Center. Select Inventory & Services and then Grouped Inventory & Services List. Click Modify this report.
2. (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
3. Select a method for grouping your inventory and service items from the Group By list.
4. (Optional) Select Include inactive items.
5. (Optional) Select Include internal service activities.
6. (Optional) Customize the:
   • Columns that appear in the report
   • Way your items are sorted
   • Results using filters
   • Printer settings for the report
   • Fonts in the report
7. (Optional) Save the report as a template in My Reports.
8. Click OK to display the report.
