Modify the Grouped Customer List

To modify the Grouped Customer List report:

  1. In the Home window, open the Report Center. Select Customers & Sales and then Grouped Customer List. Click Modify this report.
  2. (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
  3. Select a method for grouping your customers from the Group By list.
  4. (Optional) Select Include inactive customers.
  5. (Optional) Select Include internal customers.
  6. (Optional) Customize the:
  7. (Optional) Save the report as a template in My Reports.
  8. Click OK to display the report.
