Check the Integrity of Your Company's Data
        
Before you can perform this task
        
        
        
        
            - In the Home window, 
 on the Maintenance menu, choose Check Data Integrity.
 
            - Check the results 
 for any account balances marked with an asterisk (indicates accounts are 
 out of balance).
 
            - Click OK.
 
            - If there are any 
 balance or corruption issues with your data:
        
            
 - Restore 
 your company to the most recent backup. 
 
 - Check the integrity 
 of the backup's data. If there are still issues with balance or corrupted 
 data, continue restoring the next most-recent backup until there are no 
 issues with integrity of your company's data.
 - Re-enter all 
 of the transactions since the date of the error-free backup.
