Back Up Your Company
        
        To back up your company data:
        
            - In the Home window, 
 on the File menu, choose Backup.
 
            - In File 
 Name, accept or change the suggested backup file name. If you don't 
 want to overwrite a prior backup, make sure you change the file name.
 
            - In Location, 
 accept or change the suggested location for your backup, or use the Browse button to select another location.
 
            - (Optional) In Comment, you can change the comment to help identify 
 the backup.
 
            - (Optional) Select 
 or clear the Compact 
 data check box.
 
            - (Optional) If you 
 want Sage Simply Accounting to check your backup file after completing backup, 
 select the Verify Backup File After Backup Completion 
 check box.
 
            - Click OK.
