Set Up Schedule for Backups
        
Before you can perform this task
        
        
        To set up a regular backup 
 schedule:
        
            - In the Home window, 
 on the Setup menu, choose Settings.
 
            - Open Company 
 and select Backup.
 
            - In the Scheduled 
 Backup area, select Automatically back up 
 this file, and then select a frequency from the list and the location 
 in which the backup will be saved.
 
            - (Optional) Select 
 Remove oldest backup file, and then type 
 the maximum number of backups you want to save. This limits the number 
 of backup files that Sage Simply Accounting keeps on your computer.
 
            - Click OK.
