Create an Accountant's Copy
Before you can perform this task
- (Optional) Back
up your company before creating an accountant's copy.
- In the Home window,
on the File menu, choose Accountant's Copy,
then Create Accountant's Copy.
- Accept the suggested
file name or change the name to better describe its contents. For example,
you might want to add the date or the name of your accountant to the file.
- Accept the suggested
location for saving the accountant's copy, or click Browse
to choose another location.
- Click OK.
