Import Entries from Your Accountant

Before you can perform this task

To import the entries your accountant has made to your accountant's copy:

1. In the Home window, on the File menu, choose Accountant's Copy, then Import Entries from Accountant.
2. Follow the steps in the wizard.
3. (Optional) To print a list of your accountant's entries, click Print in the Import Records Summary window.
4. If the Import Records Summary reports invalid import entries, print the list of entries and either accept the valid transactions, or cancel the import process.
5. Click Finish to close the wizard.
