Use the Exchange Rate or an Item's Foreign Price to Determine Invoice Prices

Switch to single-user mode (Sage 50 Premium Accounting)

To calculate prices on sales invoices using the:

ClosedExchange rate

  1. In the Home window, on the Setup menu, choose Settings.
  2. On the left side of the window, select Inventory & Services and then Options.
  3. In the Foreign Prices on Sales Invoices are section, select the Calculated using the exchange rate option.
  4. Click OK.

  1. In the Home window, on the Setup menu, choose Settings.
  2. On the left side of the window, select Inventory & Services and then Options.
  3. In the Foreign Prices on Sales Invoices are section, select the Taken from the foreign price listed in the Inventory and Services record option.
  4. Click OK.
