Turn On or Off Payroll Expense Groups

            - In the Home window 
 on the Setup menu, choose Settings.
- On the left side 
 of the window, click Payroll, then Linked Accounts, and then Expense 
 Groups. 
- Select My 
 company uses Payroll Expense Groups.
- Click OK.

        Add or remove a 
 payroll expense group
        
        Assign 
 or change an employee's payroll expense group
