Modify a Sales by Salesperson Report

ClosedBefore you can perform this task 

Select the Sales by Salesperson report you want to report:

ClosedSales Summary by Salesperson

  1. In the Home window, open the Report Centre. Select Customers & Sales and then Sales by Salesperson Summary. Click Modify this report.
  2. (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
  3. Enter the Start and Finish dates for the report.
  4. (Optional) Select Include inactive employees.
  5. (Optional) Select Show employees from all job categories.
  6. Select the employees you want to include in the report. Click Select All to report on all job categories.
  7. In the Select Categories to Report section, select the revenue sources you want to include in the report:
    1. Inventory & Service
    2. Freight
    3. Other Sales - includes all goods and services not in the Inventory & Services List, such as items without an inventory record that are entered on an invoice, or items that have been deleted from your inventory list 
  8. Group revenues by Sales item or Customer (shows all revenue sources).
  9. (Optional) Customize the:
  10. (Optional) Save the report as a template in My Reports.
  11. Click OK to display the report.

ClosedSales Detail by Salesperson

  1. In the Home window, open the Report Centre. Select Customers & Sales and then Sales by Salesperson Detail. Click Modify this report.
  2. (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
  3. Enter the Start and Finish dates for the report.
  4. (Optional) Select Include inactive employees.
  5. (Optional) Select Show employees from all job categories.
  6. Select the employees you want to include in the report. Click Select All to report on all job categories.
  7. In the Select Categories to Report section, select the revenue sources you want to include in the report:
    1. Inventory & Service
    2. Freight
    3. Other Sales - includes all goods and services not in the Inventory & Services List, such as items without an inventory record that are entered on an invoice, or items that have been deleted from your inventory list
