Unprocessed Transactions window

Transactions that have failed or are pending will appear in the Unprocessed Transactions window in a table format. Transaction details such as name, total, number, and so forth are displayed. You can sort the columns by clicking in the column header. Columns can be hidden or displayed by clicking Show/Hide and selecting a column. By default, the Name column cannot be hidden. The window can be refreshed at any time by clicking Refresh.

Note: Users without full accounting rights will only see their own failed or pending transactions; however, users with full accounting rights will see all failed or pending transactions, including the user who entered the transaction.

ClosedTo edit or open a transaction

  1. Select the transaction in the table.
  2. Click Open and the transaction opens in the related transaction window.
  3. Make any necessary changes and click Process.

ClosedTo discard a transaction

  1. Select the transaction in the table.
  2. Click Discard. The transaction is deleted from the Unprocessed Transactions window and will not be processed.
