Registering Your Sage 50 Accounting Program

If you purchase a copy of Sage 50 Accounting from a retail store or receive an education copy, you can use it for 15 days without registering. After that, you must perform a one-time registration to continue using the program.

Note: If you purchase Sage 50 Accounting directly from Sage, skip the registration step and click Activate Now to enter your activation key code.

In general, when you register your software, you will need:

• the product serial number (except if you are using a Student Version)
• a company or personal name that you will use to access any support or upgrades associated with your purchase

After registering, you will receive a unique Account ID and an activation key code in order to activate your Sage 50 Accounting program.
