If your printer is not currently set up for Letter size
paper, click Setup, change the paper size
to Letter, and click OK.
Before printing Relevé 1
slips, set up your form options as follows:
In the Home window,
on the Setup menu, choose Reports & Forms.
Under Government
Forms, select Quebec Payroll.
Select a printer
from the Printer list.
If you want to
print the form and the contents on plain paper, choose Plain-paper
laser and inkjet
form in the Form Type list.
If you are printing
on the pre-printed government forms:
Choose a pre-printed
form in the Form Type list. You can either print
Relevé 1 slips on a laser or ink jet printer using single-sheet paper, or on preprinted
8½-by-11-inch forms.
Choose a font
type and size (10 pt Arial or smaller).
Perform a test
print. If needed, change
the top and left margin settings so that the text prints correctly
in the boxes on the form. Depending on your printer, you may need to enter
negative values to get the correct positioning.
