Add, Change, or Remove a Memo - Daily Business Manager

To add a memo to your to-do list

  1. Open the customer or supplier record to which you want to attach a memo.
  2. To open the Memo tab in the customer record

    1. In the Home window, click the Customers icon.
    2. Double-click the customer's name in the list to open their customer record.
    3. Click the Memo tab.

    To open the Memo tab in the supplier record

    1. In the Home window, click the Suppliers icon.
    2. Locate and double-click the supplier's name in the list to open their record.
    3. Click the Memo tab.
  3. In the Memo box, type in the information.
  4. (Optional) In the To-Do Date box, type in a due date or end date for the memo. If you leave this box blank, the memo will always appear on your to-do list.
  5. Select the Display This Memo In The Daily Business Manager check box.
  6. Click Save and Close.

To remove a memo from your to-do list

  1. Open the customer or supplier record to which you want to remove a memo.
  2. To open the Memo tab in the customer record

    1. In the Home window, click the Customers icon.
    2. Double-click the customer's name in the list to open their customer record.
    3. Click the Memo tab.

    To open the Memo tab in the supplier record

    1. In the Home window, click the Suppliers icon.
    2. Locate and double-click the supplier's name in the list to open their record.
    3. Click the Memo tab.
  3. Click Clear Memo.
  4. Click Save and Close.
