Clearing Lookup Data

You can use the Lookup tool to search for invoices, receipts, and other transaction information associated with a specific customer or supplier. Lookup data are the results from this search, and are stored on your computer. Clearing lookup data creates more memory space on your computer.

Before choosing this option:

Note:  If you clear this data, you will not be able to look up, correct, or cancel invoices paid prior to the chosen date if cleared manually or prior fiscal year end date if cleared at year end.
