Modify the Budget Report
To modify the Budget report:
- In the Home window,
open the Report Centre. Select Financials,
and then Budget. Click Modify
this Report.
- (Optional) Select
the Template
you want to use for the report.
- Select the year
to report (Current year or Previous
year).
- Select the Start and Finish periods
for the report.
- (Optional) Select
Include inactive accounts.
- Select the accounts
you want to include in the report. Click Select
All to report on all accounts in the list.
- (Optional) Select
Show departments if you have turned on departments
and want to view their budgeted amounts. Click Select Departments. (Premium)
- (Optional) Customize
the:
- (Optional) Save the report as a template in My
Reports.
- Click OK
to display the report.
