Select Departments to Include in a Report
        To select departments to include in a report:
        
            - (Optional) Select 
 Include 
 inactive departments.
 
            - Select the departments 
 you want to include. Click Select All to 
 report on all departments in the list.
 
            - (Optional) Select 
 the box to include a section for records without departments.
 
            - (Optional) If you 
 did not select all of the departments in step 2, you can include a section 
 that will show all unselected records as a single group.
 
            - Click OK 
 to return the report options.
