If shipments are delayed or go missing, you can track them online if you add the shipper's name and tracking (waybill) number when you enter:
Before you can add tracking information to a transaction, you need to set up the shippers you use.
Note: If you clear invoice details, you won't be able to look up a transaction to retrieve the tracking information.
