Track a Shipment

Before you can perform this task

To track a shipment:

1. Look up the purchase or sales order or invoice.
2. Click Track shipments .
3. Click Web site to open the shipping company's web page.
4. Click Yes to copy the tracking number to your clipboard.
5. Enter your tracking number in the shipper's tracking number box (press the Ctrl+V keys to paste in your tracking number).
