Clear Paid Customer Transactions
        
        
            - Print 
 the Customer Aged report.
 
            - Back 
 up your data files.
 
            - In the Home window 
 on the Maintenance menu, choose Clear Data, 
 then Clear Paid Transactions, and finally 
 Clear Paid Customer Transactions.
 
            - If you want to 
 clear paid transactions for inactive 
 customers as well, check the Include Inactive 
 Customers box.
 
            - In the Select 
 Customers box, select the customers for which you want to clear 
 data. Click the Select All button to select all customers.
 
            - To clear lookup 
 data for these transactions, check the Clear Lookup 
 Data for All Paid Transactions box.
 
            - Enter the date 
 up to and on which you want to clear.
 
            - Click OK.
