Modify a Customer Aged Report

Select the Customer Aged report you want to modify:

Customer Aged Summary

  1. In the Home window, open the Report Centre. Select Customers & Sales and then Customer Aged Summary. Click Modify this report.
  2. (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
  3. (Optional) Select Show foreign amounts to include foreign currency totals in the report.
  4. (Optional) Select Include inactive customers.
  5. Select the customers you want to include in the report. Click Select All to report on all customers in the list.
  6. (Optional) Select Group customers by department and click Select Departments. (Premium)
  7. Enter the end (As At) date for the report.
  8. (Optional) Customize the:
  9. (Optional) Save the report as a template in My Reports.
  10. Click OK to display the report.

Customer Aged Detail

  1. In the Home window, open the Report Centre. Select Customers & Sales and then Customer Aged Detail. Click Modify this report.
  2. (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
  3. (Optional) Select Show foreign amounts to include foreign currency totals in the report.
  4. (Optional) Select Include inactive customers.
  5. Select the customers you want to include in the report. Click Select All to report on all of your customers.
  6. (Optional) Select Include Terms to display them for every transaction.
  7. (Optional) Select Group customers by department. Click Select Departments. (Premium)
  8. Enter the end (As At) date for the report.
  9. (Optional) Edit the Include invoices paid in the last [ ] days box. Change this number to 0 if you only want to see unpaid invoices.
  10. (Optional) Customize the:
  11. (Optional) Save the report as a template in My Reports.
  12. Click OK to display the report.
