The Help window is divided into two main parts. The left pane contains tabs for the contents and index. The right pane displays the help topic that you select. Above the help topic, you can find the search bar that you use to find topics with particular keywords.

| Contents | This tab shows you the table of contents for the Help. In the Contents tab you can browse through commonly performed tasks and read about setting up your business in Sage 50 Accounting. |
| Index | The Index is a comprehensive list of tasks and features. Enter a keyword in the blank box and entries that begin with your keyword will appear in the list. |
| Search | The search bar allows you to enter questions, phrases, or keywords. It provides a list of results, ranked according to how relevant they are to your entry. |
