Customizing Forms

Sage 50 Accounting allows you to customize forms that you print on plain paper, eliminating the need for pre-printed forms. For example, you can add a graphic image such as your company's logo to cheques, or format your company's name and address on invoices to match your letterhead, or add your company's telephone number to your statements so your customers can call you if they have any questions. You can also move text and images.

You can customize the following forms:

Sage 50 Accounting offers two kinds of default forms: Sage 50 Forms (.sfm) and Crystal Reports Forms (.rpt).

To customize the .sfm forms in Sage 50 Accounting, use the Sage 50 Forms Designer. You need the Crystal Reports program to customize .rpt forms.
