All the Sage Simply Accounting features in your company file, including all on-screen displays, printed reports, and the online help are available in English and Spanish. You can switch between languages when you select Switch to English/ Spanish from the View menu.

if you want to use a Spanish comment in all invoices to your Spanish customers.
The preferred language for a customer
When you use the bilingual data entry feature, you must enter text in both the English and Spanish boxes. If you enter text in only one language, the program will automatically copy this text to the other language box.
To look up and reprint a sales or purchase transaction in its original language, you must restore the vendor's or customer's language if their current language preference is different than the language in the original transaction.
If you are using the bilingual data entry feature, Sage Simply Accounting limits its search to data entered in your preferred language when you use the Search box in the Home Window.
