Reports and Form Options Window - Invoices

In this window, you can change the default settings used to print or e-mail customer invoices.

Note:  Each Simply Form or Crystal Reports Form Type has one or more templates, which are listed in the Form Description box.

Select the task you want help with in this window:

Select a printer for invoices

Modify your printer setup

Change the number of copies printed

Select the default form type for printing

Print the subtotal on invoices

Print serial numbers on invoices (Enterprise)

Select the default form type for e-mailing

Change the print alignment on a pre-printed form

Modify a Crystal Reports form

Open the Simply Accounting Form Designer to customize a Simply Form
