Reports and Form Options Window - Sales Quotes

In order to be able to see these options, you need to turn on the sales quote feature.

In this window you can change the default settings used to print or e-mail sales quotes.

Note:  Each Simply Form or Crystal Reports form type has one or more templates, which are listed in the Description box.

Select the task you want help with in this window:

Select a printer for sales quotes

Modify your printer setup

Change the number of copies printed

Select the default form type for printing

Print the subtotal on sales quotes

Select the default form type for e-mailing

Change the print alignment on a pre-printed form

Modify a Crystal Reports form

Open the Simply Accounting Form Designer to customize a Simply Form
