Select a Crystal Reports Form for Checks
You can select a Crystal
Report form as the default template when you print a check.
To select:
A standard Crystal Reports form
- In the Home window
on the Setup menu, choose Reports and Forms.
- On the left side
of the window, click Checks.
- Under the Payment
or Payroll Check Settings area, click Custom Simply Forms.
- In the Form
Type box, select Custom Crystal Reports Form.
- In the Description
box, select a template.
- Click OK.
A Crystal Reports form you've

- In the Home window
on the Setup menu, choose Reports and Forms.
- On the left side
of the window, click Checks.
- Under the Payment
or Payroll Check Settings area, click Custom Simply Forms.
- In the Form
Type box, select Custom Crystal Reports Form.
- In the Description
box, select User-Defined Form.
- Click Browse.
- Select your saved file, and click Open.
- Click OK.
