Add, Rename, or Remove an Additional Information Box for Transactions

To add rename or remove an Additional Information box for transactions:

Add or rename an Additional Information box

  1. In the Home window, on the Setup menu, select Settings. Open Company, and select Names.
  2. Type the label you want to use for the information that gets entered in the information box. Regardless of its name, the Additional Information Date box always requires a date in the transaction window.
  3. Click OK.

Remove an Additional Information box

  1. In the Home window, on the Setup menu, select Settings. Open Company and select Names.
  2. Clear the text from the information box you want to remove.
  3. Click OK.
