Assign or Unassign a Security Role to a User
        
Before you can perform this task
        
        
        
To assign a security role to an existing user
        
        
            - In the Home window on the Setup menu, choose Set Up Users & Roles and enter your Sysadmin password.
 
            - On the Users tab, select the user to whom you want to assign a role and click Modify User.
 
            - Select a User Role and review the access rights for this role.
 
            - Click OK to close the Modify Role window.
 
            - Click Close.
 
        
        
To unassign a security role from a user
        
        
            - In the Home window on the Setup menu, choose Set Up Users & Roles and enter your Sysadmin password.
 
            - On the Users tab, select the user from whom you want to unassign a role and click Modify Role.
 
            - Change the User Role to Custom. (Optional) Add or remove access rights for this user.
 
            - Click OK to close the Modify Role window.
