Easy Align Check Forms

Easy Align check forms are designed to meet the ANSI standard outlined by the Accredited Standards Committee (ASC) X9, Financial Services (www.x9.org/about). You can order your checks from the Business Services Menu in Sage Simply Accounting.

You can modify the font type and size on these forms, but where boxes must meet strict specifications (for example, the payee), Sage Simply Accounting corrects the print settings on the check to prevent you from printing invalid checks. For example, Easy Align forms will always print the date in the DDMMYYYY format on the check. However, the date format in the check stub will use the print settings you select.
