Add or Remove Columns - Form Designer
        
Before you can perform this task
        
        
        
        
To add a column
        
        
            
                - Click the Columns 
 button.
 
                - In the Simply Form 
 Columns Setup window, place a check mark in the row belonging to the column 
 you want to add.
 
                - Click OK.
 
            
         
        
To remove a column
        
        
            
                - Click the Columns 
 button.
 
                - In the Simply Form 
 Columns Setup window, clear the check mark in the row belonging to the 
 column you want to remove.
 
                - Click OK.
