Modify a Time Slip Allocations by Project Report

 Before you can perform this task 

Select the Time Slip Allocation report you want to modify:

Time Slip Allocations by Employee Summary

  1. In the Home window, open the Report Center. Select Time and Billing, Projects, and then Allocations by Project Summary. Click Modify this report.
  2. (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
  3. Enter Start and Finish dates for the report
  4. (Optional) Select Include inactive projects.
  5. Select the projects to include on the report. Click Select All to report on all projects in the list.
  6. (Optional) Select Include inactive records.
  7. Select the Job category to include in the report. Select <None>, to list only employees not currently assigned to a job category. Select <All T&B Categories> to list all employees.
  8. Select Show Employees.
  9. Select the employees you want to include in the report. Click Select All to report on all employees in the list.
  10. (Optional) Customize the:
  11. (Optional) Save the report as a template in My Reports.
  12. Click OK to display the report.

Time Slip Allocations by Employee Detail

  1. In the Home window, open the Report Center. Select Time and Billing, Projects, and then Allocations by Project Detail. Click Modify this report.
  2. (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
  3. Enter Start and Finish dates for the report
  4. (Optional) Select Include inactive projects.
  5. Select the projects to include on the report. Click Select All to report on all projects in the list.
  6. (Optional) Select Include inactive records.
  7. Select the Job category to include in the report. Select <None>, to list only employees not currently assigned to a job category. Select <All T&B Categories> to list all employees.
  8. Select Show Employees.
  9. Select the employees you want to include in the report. Click Select All to report on all employees in the list.
  10. (Optional) Customize the:
  11. (Optional) Save the report as a template in My Reports.
  12. Click OK to display the report.

Time Slip Allocations by Contractor Summary (Enterprise)

  1. In the Home window, open the Report Center. Select Time and Billing, Projects, and then Allocations by Project Summary. Click Modify this report.
  2. (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
  3. Enter Start and Finish dates for the report
  4. (Optional) Select Include inactive projects.
  5. Select the projects to include on the report. Click Select All to report on all projects in the list.
  6. (Optional) Select Include inactive records.
  7. Select Show Contractors.
  8. Select the contractors you want to include in the report. Click Select All to report on all contractors in the list.
  9. (Optional) Customize the:
  10. (Optional) Save the report as a template in My Reports.
  11. Click OK to display the report.

Time Slip Allocations by Contractor Detail (Enterprise)

  1. In the Home window, open the Report Center. Select Time and Billing, Projects, and then Allocations by Project Detail. Click Modify this report.
  2. (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
  3. Enter Start and Finish dates for the report
  4. (Optional) Select Include inactive projects.
  5. Select the projects to include on the report. Click Select All to report on all projects in the list.
  6. (Optional) Select Include inactive records.
  7. Select Show Contractors.
  8. Select the contractors you want to include in the report. Click Select All to report on all contractors in the list.
  9. (Optional) Customize the:
  10. (Optional) Save the report as a template in My Reports.
  11. Click OK to display the report.

Note: You can generate reports for both employees and contractors by selecting both Show Employees and Show Contractors in the Report Options. (Enterprise)
