View an Item's Quantity On Hand Using a Different Unit of Measure

Before you can perform this task

You must have created additional units of measure for the item before it was used in a transaction.

To change the unit of measure for an item's quantity on hand:

  1. In the Home window, in Inventory & Services, click Modify Inventory & Services.
  2. Locate and select the item in the Search window. Click OK to open the record.
  3. On the Quantities tab, select a unit from the Show quantities in list.
  4. (Optional) Select a location from the For Location list to see quantity on hand for a specific location. (Premium)
