Set Up Form Options for Time Slips
        You can choose a Custom 
 Simply Form to be your default template when you print a time slip. 
 If you are using a Crystal Reports form, see Select 
 a Crystal Reports Form.
        To select:
        
A standard Custom Simply Form
        
        
            
                - In the Home window 
 on the Setup menu, choose Reports and Forms.
 
                - On the left side 
 of the window, click Time Slips.
 
                - Select a form style from the Show form settings for list.  (Enterprise)
 
                - In the Form 
 Type box, select Custom Simply Form.
 
                - In the Description 
 box, select Time Slip - ... for the form style that you had selected in step 3.
 
                - Click OK.
 
            
         
        
A Custom Simply Form you've created 
 or modified
        
        
            
                - In the Home window 
 on the Setup menu, choose Reports and Forms.
 
                - On the left side 
 of the window, click Time Slips.
 
                - Select a form style from the Show form settings for list.  (Enterprise)
 
                - In the Form 
 Type box, select Custom Simply Form.
 
                - In the Description 
 box, select User-defined Time Slip.
 
                - Click Browse.
 
                - In the Select Simply Form window, select the file you have saved, and click Open.
 
                - Click OK.
