Sage Simply Accounting allows you to customize forms that you print on plain paper, eliminating the need for pre-printed forms. For example, you can add a graphic image such as your company's logo to cheques, or format your company's name and address on invoices to match your letterhead, or add your company's telephone number to your statements so your customers can call you if they have any questions. You can also move text and images.

Sage Simply Accounting offers two kinds of default forms: Custom Simply Forms (.sfm) and Custom Crystal Reports Forms (.rpt).
To customize the .sfm forms in Sage Simply Accounting, use the Form Designer. You need the Crystal Reports program to customize .rpt forms.
