Modify a Project Budget Report

Before you can perform this task

Select the Project Budget report you want to modify:

Project Budget Summary

  1. In the Home window, open the Report Centre. Select Projects and then Project Budget Summary.
  2. Click Modify this report.
  3. (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
  4. Select Summary for the report type.
  5. Select the year you want to display and a Start and Finish month to specify a data range.
  6. In Sage Simply Accounting Enterprise, use the Select Period options to generate a report that may encompass not only the current fiscal year but also the past and future fiscal years. (Enterprise)
  7. Choose one of the following report types to display an amount or comparison:
  8. Select the projects you want to include in the report. Click Select All to report on all projects in the list.
  9. (Optional) Select Include inactive projects.
  10. (Optional) Select Include grand total for all selected projects to report the total net income of the selected projects.
  11. (Optional) Customize the:
  12. (Optional) Save the report as a template in My Reports.
  13. Click OK to display the report.

Project Budget Detail

  1. In the Home window, open the Report Centre. Select Projects and then Project Budget Detail.
  2. Click Modify this report.
  3. (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
  4. Select Detail for the report type.
  5. Select the year you want to display and a Start and Finish month to specify a data range.
  6. In Sage Simply Accounting Enterprise, use the Select Period options to generate a report that may encompass not only the current fiscal year but also the past and future fiscal years. (Enterprise)
  7. Choose one of the following report types to display an amount or comparison:
  8. Select the projects you want to include in the report. Click Select All to report on all projects in the list.
