Change a Service Activity into an Internal Service Activity

To make a service activity exclusively an internal service for your company:

1. In the Home window, in Inventory and Service, click the Modify Inventory and Services icon.
2. Select an activity from the list and click OK.
3. Select the Internal Service Activity box.

Note: You cannot make a service activity an internal activity if it has already been used in a transaction.
