Importing and Exporting Price Lists

If you sell several inventory and/or service items you may find it cumbersome to set up or update multiple item prices. To save time, you can:

• Import a price list from an external source, such as a vendor.
• Export your item prices to a file that you can open in a spreadsheet program. This allows you to make multiple price changes at one time. You can then easily import the updated information back into Sage Simply Accounting.

You can also use Update Price List on the Maintenance menu to make global price list changes. (Premium)
