All the Sage Simply Accounting features in your company file, including all on-screen displays, printed reports, and the online help are available in English and Spanish. You can switch between languages when you select Switch to English/ Spanish from the View menu.

When you use the bilingual data entry feature, you must enter text in both the English and Spanish boxes. If you enter text in only one language, the program will automatically copy this text to the other language box.
To look up and reprint an invoice or bill in its original language, you must restore the supplier's or customer's language if their current language preference is different than the language in the original transaction.
