Clear a Tax Report

You should print and clear the Tax report at the end of your reporting period. To find out when your reporting periods are, contact your accountant.

To clear a tax report:

  1. In the Home window on the Tools menu, select For My Accountant, and then Automatically Clear Data.
  2. Click Clear Taxes.
  3. Select one or all tax(es) you want to clear.
  4. Enter the date up to which you want to clear data.
  5. Click OK.
