It is a good idea to protect your company's information from being seen or changed without authorization. Adding a password to your company data will help to protect your private information.
There is only one user profile for Sage Simply Accounting First Step (sysadmin - system administrator). The only maintenance you need to do for this profile is add or change the password. You can easily change or remove a password at any time.
If you want to view all product-related messages, you can select Full Access in the Full Messaging Rights menu. To disable all messages, select No Access in that menu. You can also select Full Access or No Access for the individual message types.
Note: Support messages or those that are critical in nature cannot be disabled.
