Email an Invoice or Receipt

Before you can perform this task

To email an invoice to a customer:

  1. In the transaction window, on the File menu, choose Email.
  2. (Optional). If you use Sage Billing Boss, select Sage Billing Boss as the email carrier.
  3. If the contents of the Email Information window are correct, click Send.

To email a receipt to a customer :

  1. In the transaction window, on the File menu, choose Email.
  2. If the contents of the Email Information window are correct, click Send.

To email a receipt or invoice to a supplier:

  1. In the transaction window, on the File menu, choose Email.
  2. If the contents of the Email Information window are correct, click Send.
