Show or Hide Columns in the List Pane

To show or hide columns in the List pane that are not the primary name or description:

1. Click the button on the List pane heading.
2. Select a column from the list to switch its status from hidden to visible, and vice versa. Visible columns have a checkmark beside them, while hidden columns do not.
