Settings Window - Company > Sage Billing Boss Sync
Before you can use this service
- You must have a Sage Billing Boss account. If you are an accountant, ensure that your client has a Sage Billing Boss account.
In this window, you can view and adjust the settings for Sage Billing Boss Synchronization.
- Sage Billing Boss Login Credentials - If you have already synchronized with a Sage Billing Boss account, the email address that you used to synchronize with Sage Billing Boss is indicated. You cannot enter another email address in the Sage Billing Boss settings once you have synchronized. If you have not yet synchronized with a Sage Billing Boss account, enter the email address that is associated with your Sage Billing Boss account and select Synchronize with my Sage Billing Boss account. If you are a bookkeeper or accountant and you want to synchronize your client's Sage Billing Boss account with their company data, enter your email address in the first email field and then select I'm a bookkeeper. Synchronize with my client's Sage Billing Boss account. Then enter your client's email address in the bottom field.
- Track Sales
- Click Linked Accounts to select an account to track sales transactions.
- Track Customer Payments
- Click Linked Accounts to select an account to track customer payments made in either cash or by cheque. Click Credit Cards Accepted to change the credit cards accepted by the Sage Simply Accounting company.
