Turn On or Off Form Number Change Notifications

This option is set on a per-user basis. You can only change this option for the user profile that you have used to log in to your company data.

Before you can perform this task

The Use Next Available Form Number option must be turned on for at least one form type.

To turn on or off notifications when a form number is changed automatically in multi-user mode:

  1. In the Home window, on the Setup menu, select User Preferences.
  2. Select Transaction Confirmation.
  3. Select or clear the box in the Next Available Number section.
  4. Click OK.
